How much does iProDash CRM cost?
iProDash offers three plans: Lite at $49/month, Business at $129/month, and Enterprise with custom pricing. All plans are billed monthly with no long-term contracts. A 14-day free trial starts when you add a card, and you aren't charged until it ends.
What is the difference between Lite and Business?
The Business plan ($129/mo) includes the full marketing bundle - Landing Pages, Online Booking, Social Poster, and Automations - plus the Technician Portal, the Live Dispatch Map and the AI Answering Agent. On the Lite plan ($49/mo) you can add the four marketing tools as a $69/mo bundle or one at a time (Online Booking or Automations $29/mo, Landing Pages or Social Poster $39/mo), and add the Technician Portal ($49/mo), the AI Answering Agent ($39/mo) or the Live Dispatch Map ($19/mo) without upgrading.
What is the Enterprise plan?
Enterprise includes API keys, webhooks, and API documentation (a $49/mo add-on on Lite and Business), and includes the AI Closings Agent with no per-message charges and the AI Answering Agent with no per-minute charges. It is sold at a fixed negotiated price with no per-usage charges - unlimited SMS, calls, and call-masking minutes. Contact sales for a quote.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial. Add a card to start it - you aren't charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then. You can start dispatching jobs the same day.
Does iProDash charge per technician?
No. iProDash uses a company-license model. The base plan covers your admin seat; additional user seats are $29/month each on Lite and Business. Enterprise includes unlimited seats. You are not charged per technician for dispatching or job management.
Does iProDash require a long-term contract?
No. All self-serve plans (Lite and Business) are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time.
Are there payment processing fees?
Payments are processed through Stripe at standard Stripe published rates. iProDash does not add an additional markup on top of Stripe's rates.
How does the AI Closings Agent work?
The AI closings agent is included on Enterprise and available as an add-on on Lite and Business - buy a Closings Agent phone number ($5/mo + $0.01 per SMS) and it switches on. AI compute usage is metered on Lite and Business; Enterprise pays a flat rate with no usage caps.
Which plans include the AI Answering Agent?
The AI Answering Agent is included in the Business and Enterprise plans, and Lite can add it for $39/month. On Lite and Business it is usage-billed: the answering-agent phone number is $5/month and AI-answered calls are $0.25 per minute. Enterprise includes it at your flat rate with no per-minute charges. The agent answers calls 24/7, collects the caller's details and service address, creates the job in iProDash, and notifies your office.
